Hedge Hugs Card

Hedge Hugs Card

Materials:

Instructions

  • Create a base card that is 4-3/4” x 3-1/4” using American Crafts Sunflower cardstock.

  • Use the border punch to trim the right side of the cover of the card so the inside of the card is just visible.

  • Cut a 4-1/4” x 2-7/8” panel of Basic Grey Green At Heart – Lush DP and to adhere to the Sunflower cardstock.

  • Cut a 3-3/4”x1-1/2” strip of Green At Heart – Basil DP.

  • Cut a 3-1/2”x 1-1/4” strip of Green At Heart – Recycle DP and layer together.

  • Adhere panel to left side of card cover as shown in photo.

  • Using the letters h, u, g and s from the Basic Grey Kioshi – ABC Chip Board Stickers, spell out “hugs” over the layers as shown in photo.

  • Select one of the small butterfly chipboard embellishments from the coordinating Basic Grey Green At Heart - Chip Sticker Shapes and string a fiber through the hole and attach it to the letter “u”.


  • Select the hedgehog chipboard embellishment from the coordinating Basic Grey Green At Heart - Chip Sticker Shapes and adhere to the card.

  • Embellish the lower left side of the card with half pearls.

  • Finish the inside of the card using a 4-1/2” x 3” panel out of the Basic Grey Green At Heart – Jungle DP.
