Moment to Shine
by RozyUse an 11 1/2" x 8 1/2" chalkboard base, chalkboard papers of your choice and Frantic Stamper Film Strip Die.
Use the cutouts to trace on your picture, cut out to fit the openings in the film strip.
Frame your picture. Use Washi Tape to cover the chalkboard frame.
Not all scrapbook layouts are on paper. When a special moment arrives use your imagination!
The focal point of this arrangement was to capture the "Black Belt" happening moment.
