Instructions

  • Cut a rectangle from the white Bazill sheet that measures 6 inches by 4 inches.
Fold into thirds to create a tri-fold card and punch a border along the bottom of the front section.

  • From the Basic Grey Cappella striped paper, cut a piece measuring 5 ¾ inches by 3 ¼ inches, another measuring 1 inch by 6 inches and two pieces measuring 1 inch by 5 ¾ inches.
From the Basic Grey Basics text paper, cut three pieces that measure 1 inch by 3 ½ inches.
Ink the edges of each piece.

  • Stamp a square of acetate with the train stamp and the black Stazon ink.
On the opposite side attach double-sided adhesive paper.

  • Peel off the protective paper on the back and brush the blue and red Perfect Pearls powder over the adhesive.
    Dust off any excess powder.

  • Adhere one of the small strips of text paper to the right side of the larger striped piece as shown in the photo.

  • Place acetate piece onto the striped/text piece and centre over the striped section.
    Attach using four brads.

  • Cut one of the rub on labels in half and attach the first piece to the left side of the acetate piece.
Attach the remaining patterned paper pieces to the inside of the card to frame the edges.
Attach the remaining half of the rub on label to this frame as shown in the photo.

  • Attach the 6 inch by 1 inch striped pattern piece just under the punched edge so that is shows through the punch work.
Ink the edges of the card.

  • Spritz one of the Grunge hinges with Glimmer mist.
When thoroughly dry, attach with eyelets.
Add ribbon to the bottom edge.

  • Finally, attach the whole panel to the front of the card.

  1. Sharon,
when I scrolled down this page I was instantaniously cought by your card. It is an eye catcher and I can imagine it must be even more beautiful to see it in person. I do love your technique with the tacky paper and pearl powder.
