Instructions
- I started going through older photos of my family and stumbled upon one of my aunt/godmother Monique, when she was a child… I scanned and printed it with the old border, which I cut along to keep the vintage look of the picture.
- I love to play with colors on my layouts. That’s why I chose this colorful patterned paper from Basic Grey ! As my layout is sized 8x8’, I had huge left-overs of this paper, so I could use the other side, which is more pink, for this girl picture. I also added a bit of another Basic Grey paper from a different line.
- Once all my papers and the picture were glued to the background, I stitched circles on and around the picture for the focus.
- I love details and textures on my pages. I played with acrylic paint in yellow and pink, with a pen cap and a brush, all along the stitched circles.
- I cut some characters from another paper in the same Basic Grey line and stuck them almost all in one place with stickers to embellish the layout.
