Materials

• Paper and Cardstock
• white card blank
• patterned paper to coordinate with ink
• Stamps
• Frantic Stamper, Great grandfathers letter     0504-Q   $7.00)
• Med balloon     ( 116-03-I   $3.00)
• happy birthday or other sentiment stamp of choice
• Inks and Embossing Powders
• Distress Inks
• tumbled glass     ( RAN-DP-Tumble   $5.00)
• stormy sky     ( RAN-DP-Storm   $5.00)
• chipped sapphire RAN-DP-Chip   $5.00)
• black archival ink     ( RAN-ARCP-jet   $5.49)
• Tools
• cut'n'dry foam    ( RAN-CND-foam   $4.99)
• Adhesives
• dimensional adhesive

Instructions

• Mask off a rectangle on the card.
  Ink using lightest colour of ink using cut'n'dry foam.
  Repeat with second darkest colour covering upper 2/3 then just the top 1/3 with darkest colour.
  Overstamp with great grandfather's letter with second darkest shade.


• Remove mask.


• Stamp balloon overlapping the rectangle.


• Stamp again onto patterned paper and cut out just the balloon part.
  Position on over stamped image with dimensional adhesive.


• Finish with a greeting stamp.
