Modern Wedding


Summer is wedding season and when I took a look at some of the products that Frantic Stamper carries, I found a great bunch that work so well together for a modern wedding card.

Materials

  • Paper and Cardstock
  • Inks and Embossing Powders
  • Embellishments

    • Tim Holtz Grungeboard Shapes, Plain     ( ADV-GB-92710   $9.99)

  • Adhesives

    • Double Sided Tape Roll, 1/4"     ( MIRAC-1/4   $5.75)

Instructions

  • Cut Black cardstock 5 ½” x 8 1/2”. Score at 4 ¼”.
    Cut Pearl cardstock at 4 1/8” x 5 3/8”.
    Adhere to card base.
    Set aside.

  • Cut black cardstock at 3 ¾” x 5”.
    Cut Glitz Distressed Scroll patterned paper at 3 5/8” x 4 7/8”.
    Adhere to black cardstock.

  • Cut 1 ½” x 5” black cardstock.
    Punch with modern garland border punch.
    Adhere to card front.
    Cut 5 ¾” Crochet lace.
    Layer above punched border.
    Wrap around card front and adhere on back side.
    Adhere entire card front to card base.

  • Apply Say it in Rhinestone swirl to card front.

  • Cut out scalloped circle Nestabilities using Big Shot.
    Adhere to card front.
    Take large circle grungeboard piece and trace out circle on Glitz Distressed Couture Vine patterned paper.
    Cut out with scissors.
    Adhere patterned paper to grungeboard.
    Ink edges with Fluid Chalk Ink.
    Adhere to scalloped circle using pop dots.
    Apply Glitzers to top of circle.
    Adhere finished circle to card front.
