These cool punches can create both a punched edge on a piece of paper, and a punched ribbon of paper, simply by flipping a switch! I hate this video....it doesn't show the "flipping a switch" to go from ribbon to border that I can see, and it moves so quickly that you can't really take anything in. Cute but NOT good instruction.
